Energy Controllers
Energy controllers allow for a reduction in energy costs in your commercial application.
The basic idea of the controller is to reduce the voltage supplied to the flourescent light fittings on a circuit down to approx 209 VAC. This voltage reduction reduces the power consumed and thus your energy costing. Tri-phosphor tubes should be used as the reduction in lumen output from them is less. Standard tubes will show a substantial lumen reduction and should not be used.
Energy controllers are designed for ferro magnetic or wire-wound ballasts, they are not suitable for electronic type ballasts.
Energy controllers require a typical load of 16 x 36watt tubes to automatically switch into "energy saving" mode. Less than 16 tubes will result in the Energy controller exiting savings mode and supplying the full mains voltage to the lighting ballast.

Office Reset switches
Used in conjunction with conventional light switches ( bell press type ) and a centrally located control panel, this allows for office lighting loads to be locally controlled from the wall switch or automatically turned off via the central control panel.

Track 3000 Reset System
Similar to the Office reset switches but providing more flexibility. Allows for manual switch on, automatic switch off. The system also allows for time-based control via a Clipsal c-Bus system, an existing building Management system, a time clock with 240VAC relay output or similar.
