Clipsal C-Bus products have been supported over their lifespan by 3 successive versions of programming software. New builds of the software have been written when new features were required and as new C-Bus products were developed.

 

 

Software Version History

 

1994 - 1997 

Version 1 Installation Software - no longer supported

 

1997 - Jan 2005 

Version 2 Installation Software

 no longer updated since mid 2005, still in use on some sites 

 

2005 -  

Toolkit software ( also referred to as Version 3 ) - current build.

 

 

 Note that the training manuals pages commonly contain manuals for both C-Bus V2 and C-Bus Toolkit. 

 

 

When using other CIS Software packages for C-Bus products, such as TICA ( for the telephone interface ) or CIRCA ( for the IR emitter wallplate), you should match the software to the appropriate version of C-Bus installation software to ensure that you will be able to access your C-Bus Tag database information.
