Customer Service Forms

 

The following documents are designed for customers to give feedback to Training & Technical Support. Once these forms have been completed, please email them to tech.training@cispl.com.au. Your Customer Service Forms will then be processed.

 

Customer Service - Training Course Survey

The Training Course Survey is a form that can be filled out to identify what products customers would like training in.

 

Customer Service - Customer Complaint Form

The Customer Complaint Form is a document that will allow customers to raise any grievances with Clipsal Integrated Systems’ services.

The following forms outline various programs and procedures that Training & Technical Support has implemented to increase customer satisfaction.

 

Customer Service - Escalation Procedure

The Escalation Procedure is a programme that Training & Technical Support has put in place, to ensure that problems experienced on site are resolved as early as possible.

 

 

C-Bus Analysis Forms

 

The following documents are designed for customers to analyse a C-Bus network on their own accord. In these documents you will find various tips, techniques and strategies, for analysing a C-Bus installation that is not behaving as expected. Once these forms have been completed, you may email them to tech.training@cispl.com.au, if your problem has not been resolved.

 

Site Report - Single Network Analysis

This form will allow you analyse a single C-Bus network, by answering all questions in the document. The document asks questions that a Training & Technical Support Officer would commonly ask. It is envisioned that the problem will be identified by the time the document is completed.

 

Site Report - Multiple Network Analysis

This form will allow you analyse a Multiple Network C-Bus installation, by answering all questions in the document. The document asks various questions that Training & Technical Support Officers will commonly ask, focusing on C-Bus networking. It is envisioned that the problem will be identified by the time the document is completed.

 

Handbook - C-Bus Analysis

The C-Bus Analysis Handbook is to be used in conjunction with the Single and Multiple Network Analysis forms. The handbook illustrates tools and procedures used in analysing C-Bus installations that are not operating as expected.

 

Handbook - C-Bus Hardware Installation

The C-Bus Hardware Installation Handbook has been designed for people who wish to install C-Bus but have never attended a C-Bus training course. This handbook will identify for beginners, the fundamental issues to installing C-Bus for the first time.
